Corvina Rondinella
Vineyards: The vineyards are located 250 to 300 meters above sea level and they are north-east facing. The vine is trained in a single guyot. Mainly marly soil with layers of red soil.
Harvest: Corvina and Rondinella are the two red grapes typical of the Verona area. In this blend they are responsible for the spicy and fruity notes which resemble those of cherry and Marasca cherry.
Vinification: After a traditional red vinification, the wine ages for a medium period in small barrels and barrels of 20 hl.
Tasting notes: It has a deep and vivid color. On the nose the cherry notes of the Corvina are harmoniously combined with wild berries. The palate is balanced and powerful. Surely, it is a wine which can give great satisfaction over time.
